Procedures

All orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are shipped on the next business day.

Orders are sent by DHL courier service, the delivery takes:

• EU 1-3 days  
• USA and Canada 10-14 days
• Other countries individual notification of delivery time

Delivery schedules are just the best estimates. The actual delivery time may differ depending on the season or other factors.

RETURNS

If you would like to return a purchased product, provide your order number and email. Your request will be processed within 48 hours. You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order, if it is unopened and in its original condition.
